Keating Wagner Adds Litigation Attorney Zachary Warzel

Denver, Colorado (March 1, 2015) – Keating Wagner Polidori Free has added Zachary Warzel as a partner. A 2005 graduate of the Brooklyn Law School, Warzel will dedicate the bulk of his practice to representing injured clients in complex personal injury cases and policyholders in disputes with their insurers.

Warzel has successfully tried insurance bad faith and personal injury cases in Colorado, notably obtaining a $4.8 million jury verdict against a supplemental health insurance company and a $2.2 million jury verdict against a liability insurance carrier. He has also successfully argued cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

While attending law school, Warzel was the development associate and law clerk at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in Manhattan, and served as a summer associate at Kreitzman Mortensen Simon & Irgang, a labor and employment law firm in Manhattan. He also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Environmental Law.

Outside of the office, Warzel serves as chairperson of the Insurance Bad Faith Committee for the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and is an active participant of the University of Denver College of Law’s Student Mentor program.
