Each of the students participated in the Association’s annual scholarship challenge, which asks applicants to submit information about their community service and their academics along with an essay discussing their personal positions on body cameras on police officers. Keating Wagner Polidori Free will be hosting a booth at the event to provide police officers and their families information about workers’ compensation and other legal matters including uninsured and underinsured motorists’ coverage.
The Top Gun® competition is open to the public and admission is free. Police officers from every department across the state will test their motorcycle riding skills and proficiency with the machines they use every day. Top Gun® is organized by Blue Knights Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, Colorado Chapter 1 and chaired by Douglas Brown and Colorado State Patrol Sergeant Kevin Ratzell.
